BALTIMORE – BCSB Bankcorp, Inc. announces the promotion of David M. Meadows, Esq., to executive vice president. Meadows joined Baltimore County Savings Bank in 1999 as general counsel, serving as acting president since July of this year as the board of directors conducted its search for a new president.
“Dave’s exemplary service and leadership carry Baltimore County Savings Bank into a new era under President Joe Bouffard,” says Henry V. Meadows’ responsibilities will continue to include providing general counsel and acting as corporate secretary, as well as serving as executive vice president/compliance officer with specialization in litigation and contract work.
Prior to joining BCSB, Meadows served as associate and partner at Moore, Carney, Ryan & Lattanzi, LLC in Perry Hall and held the office of Assistant State’s Attorney for both Harford County and Baltimore City. Professionally, Meadows is affiliated with the Court of Appeals of Maryland; the United States District Court, District of Maryland; and the Maryland State, Baltimore and Harford County Bar Associations. Meadows earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.
