New Online Banking is Here!

As part of our goal to continually serve you with the best products and services for your banking, BCSB has upgraded our Online Banking system. Our new Online Banking offers enhanced tools and conveniences – all designed with your needs in mind. New features include check images, stop payment, eStatements access when logged in to Online Banking, easy downloading to Quicken or QuickBooks, to name a few.

You will notice new requirements for accessing your account, along with the added features. When you first log into the system, your Access ID is the same as your User ID (using all lower case letters) and your Password is the last five digits of your Social Security number. As a security feature, you will then be prompted to change both your existing User/Access ID and Password. Current online banking customers received a letter notifying them of the new system enhancements, along with access instructions. To view a copy of this letter click here.
