Baltimore County Savings Bank offers this service to provide you with instant, 24-hour, up-to-the-minute information about your savings, checking, certificate and loan accounts.
Direct Teller is a convenient way to stay in touch with your accounts at no extra charge.
Direct Teller can provide:
- General information
- Recent account history
- Single check inquiry (for checking accounts)
- Ability to transfer funds between your BCSB checking and savings accounts
- Ability to report your ATM card lost or stolen
How It Works:
Using a touch-tone phone, call the Direct Teller Number, and the prompter will guide you through the selections to obtain the information you need.

What You’ll Need
1. Account Number
- To obtain information about your accounts you will need the ten (10) digit account number assigned to your account.
- For checking, statement savings or money market accounts, use the ten (10) digits from your monthly statement.
- For a regular savings account or CD, use the ten (10) digit account number on your passbook.
- For a loan, use the number shown on your payment coupon or monthly billing statement.
2. Password
To ensure that no one else has access to your account information, Direct Teller
will ask you for your password. For information concerning your personal identification number, contact any branch.
