Description:
This position is responsible for assisting in the
management of all aspects of the Retail Branch Office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: being
accountable for the branch's financial performance, customer
satisfaction and the success of the Branch Incentive
Program; ensuring the branch adheres to policies,
regulations, objectives and practices; supervising,
directing work of staff members and representing the Bank to
the community.
Qualifications:
This position requires two or more years of supervisory and branch
related experience; familiarity with branch products,
regulations, practices, policies and procedures;
demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment to accomplish
goals and effective communication skills.
Schedule:
Position requires the ability to work Fridays until 7pm and Saturdays
until noon.
